Customer Sales Supervisor

DTC Communications is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Supervisor who is a leader, mentor, and problem solver, with a compelling passion for sales.

This leadership role will be responsible for company sales results, building a team committed to reaching and surpassing sales and service goals, and providing expert guidance to make sure DTC customers receive service that results in a positive and productive outcome. This position will be responsible for providing feedback and developmental goals that enhance the team’s knowledge of the products and quality customer service.

In addition to strong motivational, team-building and communication skills, the person selected must be customer driven and technologically aware of today’s marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, undergraduate degree preferred, and at least 3-5 years of experience with a proven ability to drive results and maintain customer satisfaction.

DTC Communications, established in 1951, is a progressive communications company offering a broad range of services including voice, broadband internet, cellular, IPTV, and security systems in Middle Tennessee.

DTC offers a comprehensive benefits package and salary commensurate with qualifications and experience; must be willing to relocate to the area.
