DTC TV

DTC
DTC Communications is proud to announce that July 1, 2008 marks the official launch date of the new DTC TV service.

By using a DSL modem with a specially designed digital set-top box provided by DTC (a technology known as IPTV), customers will be able to enjoy digital television and music programming rivaling that of major cable and satellite companies.

“There are several advantages to using DTC TV over other video services”, states DTC Communications CEO Les Greer. “First is the convenience of what is known in the entertainment industry as the Triple Play, in which telephone, internet, and television billing and support are provided by a single company. Secondly, IPTV is the future of consumer video services because it provides an enormous opportunity for interactive features. Third, DTC TV provides on-screen Caller ID that allows you to determine whether or not you want to answer the phone without interfering with your TV viewing. And lastly and most importantly, unlike other video providers, DTC TV is locally based. That means each customer gets top-notch support from a local company that has been doing business in the area for many years.”

DTC TV is a distance sensitive service, meaning the customer must reside within a certain distance of DTC equipment in order to qualify for the service. Customers may call 615-529-2955 or submit a request to see if they are eligible for service.
