Leigh Ann’s Horses for Attachment (LAHA)
Leigh Ann’s Horses for Attachment (LAHA) is a not for profit organization located in Woodbury, TN. We began in 2005 with a dream to help children with all kinds of disabilities. The organization was started by Frances Taylor and Christie Fisk after seeing the need of an outlet for disabled children in the Woodbury area. The organization was named after Leigh Ann, Frances’ daughter, who had Reactive Attachment Disorder. Our mission statement is: Where children are equal to explore new adventures. We offer therapeutic horseback riding to disabled children in the community and surrounding areas. We also work with children and their families to offer support and relief. LAHA provides assistance in a safe manner for the children to have an exciting, fun, and new adventure each time they come to the farm and work with the horses.
LAHA uses DTC for many important reasons. The use of communication in the telephone and internet service they provide is crucial. We are always working on getting our name in the community and providing more awareness of the organization. Without DTC this would be much harder to accomplish. DTC is also very affordable and reliable for our non-profit organization. They offer a guarantee of service with a price we can look forward to. Thank you DTC.
