The Webb House - Smithville, TN

The Webb House Retirement Center, Inc reopened it’s doors in the Spring of 2007. They have been serving seniors since 1988. The new Webb House offers the community a state of the art assisted living facility built in the mission architectural style. The facility is licensed for (38) beds, (12) of which are licensed for more frail elderly and memory impaired residents. The Webb House offers home-style cooking, a theater for the residents, a Parker Whirlpool Bath, a Beauty Salon, Activities and other numerous amenities.

DTC worked closely with Mike Mann, Webb House project supervisor during the rebuilding process. Mann had this to say of DTC, “ I have been doing construction for (35) years and DTC was the best group I have ever worked with. It was the neatest and cleanest job I have seen. The service of DTC was excellent; a pleasant surprise for a small town. All the employees were polite and great to work with”.

DTC continues to serve The Webb House and it’s residents with solutions to meet all their communications needs such as Local & Long Distance Services, High Speed Internet & a Nortel Norstar Telephone System.
