Bill Presentment and Payment,
which allows you to view your bill on-line
and provides options for paying on-line
by Master Card, Visa, and electronic check.
What
You Need to Do:
To access this service and activate your
account, please have the following information
available and call 615-529-2955:
Phone Number
Social Security Number
Driver’s License Number
A customer service representative
will provide your account number and computer
generated password for you to use to activate
your account. Once your account is activated,
you may change your password if you wish
to do so. It will not be necessary to call
our office again once the account is activated.
You will be able to view billing information,
equipment and services for which you are
being billed, as well as, current and past
statements.
Requirements:
Your browser software must be:
Microsoft Internet Explorer - 6.0 or higher
or Netscape - 7.0 or higher
To print a hard copy of your bill, change
both the right and left margins in your
browser. You may also pay your bill by credit
card or electronic check.
One popular feature is the ability to click
on a number on the long distance portion
of your bill and get a listing (if the number
is published). This link is available from
the statements page.
***On-line viewing and
payment is not available after 5:00 p.m.
on disconnect dates and any other due dates.
It will become available again the next
business day. If your service is suspended
and you make an on-line payment, it will
be necessary to call our office during normal
business hours for reconnection.
