We chose DTC TV so we could deal with the local people that we know and trust. Anytime we have any problems they always work hard to get the issues resolved. Also we are very happy that we can still have TV during stormy weather, which is not true with all TV providers, especially when you use an outdoor dish.

We like having one provider for our phone, DSL & TV service. It’s really nice to have everything on one bill. To have a local store to go to when you need something is very convenient. And we REALLY like the on screen Caller ID....

Since the upgrade last week, the remote is a lot faster... and that’s super.

Melvin likes the Cooking channels.... and when time permits, he likes to cook along with the shows.

Nathan likes to watch The Discovery Channel and his favorite show is “Swamp Loggers”, while Dylan prefers to watch Cartoons.

Wanted to go with DTC because we like dealing with local people.
We like having an “all-in-one” bill, so we only get one bill for all our communications/internet/TV services.
DTC TV service is REALLY good.

The reception on the TV is excellent.
I like to go with the local provider; I feel if you’re going to live in a community, you need to support businesses in that community whenever possible, by subscribing to their services.

The Tech that came out was really nice and did a really good job. He was easy to talk to and explained things to us so we completely understood how to use the service. He was very easy to work with.

I saw DTC ad in Cannon Courier about the new DTC TV service; Went to phone store to get info.... I had already purchased DTV transition box... but decided to go with DTC TV service...

I like the clear picture of DTC TV...

I like the fact that when the weather is bad, my service is not affected. This was very important to me last Friday during the tornados. I kept my TV on News Channel 5 all day.
