Customer Experience Support Representative
DTC Communications seeks an experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated individual to join our team as Customer Experience Support Representative to provide excellent customer service and technical support while delivering the ultimate customer experience.
Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Support Representative include but not limited to:
- Schedules and dispatches service orders to field technicians.
- Gathers relevant information, diagnoses, troubleshoots, and works with customers over a variety of communication mediums to resolve device and/or equipment and service issues.
- Performs diagnostics on voice, video, broadband and security equipment and facilities, inputs data into various network systems for subscriber services, and provisions services through various systems.
- Monitors existing trouble reports and service orders to ensure timely and efficient completion, following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
In addition to strong motivational and communication skills, the successful candidate will operate with integrity while being trustworthy, responsive, and empathetic to our customers while being a team player. The successful candidate will be someone who finds joy in putting people first in all that they do. A high school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related work experience is required. Technical experience preferred. Network+ certificate required or obtained within 12 months from date of hire.
