Business Account Representative

DTC Communications is seeking a highly-motivated Business Account Representative to drive sales while delivering the ultimate customer experience to our business and commercial customers. This position is designed for an organized, detail-oriented, self-starting individual seeking to join a motivated team working to improve the quality of life for our members and the regions we serve.  The Business Account Representative finds, creates, and maintains customer accounts and serves as the primary point of contact between business and commercial customers and the organization. Utilizing in-person meetings and a variety of virtual communication tools, this individual actively interacts with customers to identify opportunities and create workable solutions. The Business Account Representative collaborates across internal departments to effectively create new and maintain quality, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sells business solutions to commercial customers and more complex telecommunications equipment to residential customers; generates and follows up on sales leads to inform and educate potential customers of available products and services; provides efficient sales processes, courteous service and assists in all aspects of product offerings with a commitment to excellence, integrity, and driven results; defines potential customer needs, finds solutions, develops proposals and sales presentations, and closes the sale; maintains contact with existing customer base to capitalize on new sales and support opportunities; follows up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction; and provides ongoing customer support resulting in higher customer satisfaction and loyalty to the company.

In addition to strong motivational and communication skills with a desire to meet and exceed sales goals, the person selected must be customer and sales driven and technologically aware of today’s communications services. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and one or more years of professional job related experience in sales, telecommunications and/or information technology. Material Service Coordinator

DTC Communications is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated individual to join our team as Material Service Coordinator.  This position is designed for an organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting individual seeking to join a motivated team working to improve the quality of life for our members and the regions we serve.

Responsibilities of the Material Service Coordinator include but not limited to: prepares items to be used for customer orders by retrieving and organizing equipment and supplies; conducts periodic inventories to monitor and maintain stock levels to determine purchasing needs; ensures materials are properly received, unloaded, moved, stocked, and accounted for, and protected; operates warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jack; solicits bids from vendors as appropriate and places orders within budget authority for equipment and supplies; utilizes OSS, BSS, and cloud and location based productivity software suites to build, maintain, and manage materials and products for efficient and productive use; maintains a clean and safe warehouse.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.  High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related work experience or telecommunications experience is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, with the ability to quickly master a telecommunications-based enterprise solution software.

Customer Experience Representative

Do you have a passion for sales and customer service?  DTC Communications is seeking a Customer Experience Representative that will provide excellent customer service to our customers and deliver the ultimate customer experience in our retail store and over the phone.  The position will not only introduce our customers to DTC Communications and showcase our services, it will drive customer loyalty by empowering them with technical knowledge that can enhance the way they live.

In addition to strong motivational and communication skills with a desire to meet and exceed sales goals, the person selected must be customer driven and technologically aware of today’s communications services.  The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least six months to one year of customer sales and service experience.
