Setup Mailbox

1. Dial 615-409-1010 from your phone or 615-588-1010
2. Enter your password followed by #. (Your Password will default to “0000” until you change it)
3. Main Menu – Press 9: To Setup Your Voice Mailbox
4. Setup Menu – Press 1: Greeting Options
5. Greeting Menu – Press 2: Record a New Greeting. (Press # after recording.)  Press *: To Return to Setup Menu
6. Setup Menu – Press 2: Change Your Password Enter new password followed by #. (The password is any series of up to 16 digits you choose. You will not be able to access your mailbox without this password, so be sure to choose one that you can remember.) To verify, enter your password followed by #.

Accessing Your Mailbox

1. Dial 615-409-1010 or 615-588-1010 (Carthage Area)
2. Enter your mailbox number followed by #. (Only if calling from a remote phone. Your Mailbox Number is your telephone number.)
3. Enter your password followed by #. (Your password will default to “0000” until you change it.)

Sub-Mailboxes

SETUP GROUP GREETING For Sub-mailboxes

The Group Greeting is NOT a mailbox.  It is a recording that explains to callers how they can
leave messages for specific mailboxes.

1. Dial 615-409-1010 or 615-588-1010 from your phone
2. Listen to the recording explaining that you must record a group greeting. Wait until the end of the recording, then Press 0 to administer the family mailbox.
3. Enter your Password followed by # (Your Password will default to “0000” until you change it)
4. Press 9 for Mailbox Setup Menu
5. Press 1 for Greeting Options
6. Press 2 to record your greeting.  When finished recording, Press #.

SETUP SUB-MAILBOXES

1. Dial 615-409-1010 or 615-588-1010 from your phone
2. Enter single digit sub-mailbox ID (1-9). If prompted, enter your Password followed by #.
3. Press 9 for Mailbox Setup Menu
4. Press 1 for Greeting Options
5. Press 2 to record your greeting. When finished recording, Press #.

Change your SUB-MAILBOX password

1. Dial 615-409-1010 or 615-588-1010 from your phone
2. Press 9 for Mailbox Setup Menu
3. Press 2 to change your password
4. Enter your new password and Press #. When prompted to verify the password, enter it again and the Press #. (The Password is any series of up to 16 digits you choose. You will not be able to access your mailbox without this Password, so be sure to choose one that you can remember.)
5. Press *: To Return to Main Menu. Press * Hear “Enter Your Mailbox ID”
6. Enter Mailbox ID (1-9) Example 1, 2, 3, etc – this indicates the sub-mailbox number. (Repeat Steps 2 thru 5 for each Mailbox ID.)

Change an existing group greeting

1. Dial 615-409-1010 or 615-588-1010 from your phone
2. When prompted to enter your mailbox ID, Press 0 to administer the family mailbox
3. Enter your Password followed by #
4. Press 9 for Mailbox Setup Menu.
5. Press 1 for Greeting Options.
6. Press 2 to re-record your greeting. When finished recording, Press #.

Stand-Alone Mailbox

ACCESSING YOUR “STAND ALONE” MAILBOX

1. Dial your Stand Alone Mailbox # 615-__________
2. Press *.
3. Enter your password followed by #. (Your password will default to “0000” until you change it.) Options at this point are the same as a regular mailbox.

1. Dial 615-409-2020 or 615-588-1020 (Carthage Area)
2. Enter telephone number. (Allows you to leave a message for a voice mail user without ringing their phone.)
